  • Mini Session Partnerships are designed as a low impact, high volume offering for photographers hosting simple portrait sessions with minimal setup requirements, while preserving the experience and integrity of the property.

    Photographers are granted access to a curated selection of two to three approved shooting locations throughout the home and grounds. Locations may include the Drawing Room, Grand Staircase, Front Porch, Gardens, or Summer Kitchen, with specific spaces varying based on season, availability, and other bookings.

    All setup and teardown must be completed within the reserved booking period.

    Mini Session Partnerships are not intended to replace editorial productions, workshops, styled shoots, or larger creative gatherings.

  • To ensure the property remains operational and accessible throughout the day, Mini Session bookings must maintain a minimal footprint.

    The following are not permitted without prior approval:

    • Floral installations

    • Large scale styling

    • Furniture movement

    • Tablescape installations

    • Rental deliveries

    • Extensive prop setups

    • Vendor teams

    • Commercial production equipment

    • Alterations to room layouts

    Mini Session bookings are intended to utilize the property largely as it exists.

    Photographers requiring custom styling, extensive production, educational programming, multiple vendors, or significant production elements should instead book the appropriate Editorial & Commercial Production, Artist Portfolio Session, or Creative Workshop package.

  • • Photographer is responsible for all client scheduling.

    • Sessions must be staggered to prevent congestion.

    • Carswell House reserves the right to limit access to specific areas of the property.

    • All attendees must comply with Carswell House policies and occupancy limits.

    • Additional assistants, stylists, vendors, or production elements may require prior approval.

  • For small brands, makers, and product based businesses creating product focused imagery within the atmosphere of The Carswell House.

    Designed for quiet, low impact content creation centered exclusively around physical brand products, utilizing the property largely as it exists.

    This category is ideal for brands seeking a heritage setting for product storytelling without the crew, equipment, or production requirements of a full commercial shoot.

    The following are not permitted under this booking category without prior approval:

    • Rental deliveries

    • Large props

    • Vendor teams

    • Models or cast beyond approved attendance limits

    • Significant room alterations

    • Large scale styling or set construction

    Products and minimal styling materials must be easily carried by the booking party and removed at the conclusion of each visit.

    Furniture movement is not permitted without prior approval and may require Carswell House On Site Assistance.

  • Branded Product Content Sessions are designed exclusively for small scale brand product and product focused lifestyle content creation.

    They are not intended to replace Editorial & Commercial Productions.

    Brands requiring photographers, videographers, models, assistants, extensive styling, professional production equipment, furniture movement, or larger creative teams must book under the Editorial & Commercial Production category.
